StrangeLove is a premium Australian tonic brand with a quirky twist. We’ve adopted their tongue-in-cheek tone of voice across socials, an extension of their brand identity.

Aside from communicating to customers directly, we also adopted an outbound community management strategy, where we identify venues and potential leads to engage with their post. This is done strategically, which are based on a list of highly targeted hashtags and locations. We often see a high response rate for these outbound comments.
